My Philosophy
✨Birth is primal, instinctive, spiritual and a spontaneous biological event.
✨People that you invite to your birth space matters. They have the capacity to influence your experience for better or worse. Be mindful about your choices.
✨I will provide educational, physical and big emotional and energetic support to help you to find clarity to birth in your own way.
✨I will be working for you, not your care provider or hospital. My care is continuous and exclusive to you and your partner. Your care provider may be unable to provide this individualised service, as they will be very busy with the clinical aspects of your birth.
✨I know birth and your partner knows you. I acknowledge the importance of his role and can help him to be fully present to best support you.
✨I support all births. I work in harmony with both natural and medically assisted births. I have experience in public and private hospitals, birthing centres and homebirths.
✨A healthy baby matters and so does your birth experience, your recovery and the way you feel. As your Doula, I will strive to manifest the birth that you want.
✨Birth is a Divine Ritual. As your Doula I will bring reverence to your space.
